En el caso de alquiler facil a largo plazo (por ano) al menos 5% de ingresos netos. Los rendimientos para alquileres de vacaciones son mucho mas altos.
El entorno es impresionantemente hermoso, muy tranquilo y aun se puede disfrutar de la autenticidad de la vida andaluza, la naturaleza, el silencio y la inmensidad. Abundan las oportunidades de ciclismo y senderismo.
