La vendimia se realiza manualmente a unos 16 grados .
En ocasiones se realiza por la noche ya que tiene gran influencia en el viñedo.
Crianza
Después del que el vino se hayan desarrollado se mantiene en barricas el tiempo necesario .
Una vez envejecido pasan a los depósitos de almacenaje .
Tiene embotelladora y etiquetado propio , toda la comercialización y realización de la uva se hace dentro de la finca .
Salones
Tiene diferentes salones para más de 100 personas , para hacer catas de vinos , reuniones de empresas , comuniones , bautizos y bodas .
Se pueden hacer Catering y eventos en sus terrazas .
Los vinos Jóvenes Tempranillo , tinto roble , crianza Tempranillo , crianza limitada , Cabernet .
En el 2019 fue visitada por 20 mil personas ,unos 400 autobuses , tiene 11 hectáreas y media de vid .
Anualmente hace de 70 mil a 80 mil botellas de alta calidad .
Puede llegar hacer hasta 100 mil botellas de alta calidad .
Puede llegar hacer 150 litros de alta calidad comprando uva de otro .
