NEW AND BEAUTIFUL PENTHOUSE IN CENTRO DE VERA-PUEBLO.
A magnificent newly painted and renovated penthouse for sale on the second floor of a block located in the center of Vera Pueblo, close to all services and
without the need to use a vehicle.
The house is divided into two floors, on the ground floor and entering from the main door we do not find a spacious room with a 180cm bed, the courtesy toilet is small, so we wanted to give it a fresh and different touch. With a very tropical air, the main bathroom has a large shower tray in English green and gold tones that give it a lot of light with a somewhat vintage and very elegant style.
It also has a small laundry room where the heater is located (and location for washing machine); the brand new kitchen is spacious, sharing space with the living-dining room, its touch is more Nordic and without neglecting the functionality of one of the spaces where we spend more time, so it has been completed with a large island that is It has been installed as a countertop, with different doors for storage and it can be used as a bar or side table, accompanied by two beautiful stools at the same height. In the living room-dining room we return to green and gold tones to give it some sobriety and warmth, leaving an image of the total space, truly beautiful and sweet.
From the living room, through a sliding door, there is access to a second room that can be used in different ways according to the needs of the buyer, we have chosen to make a youth bedroom with a study area.
Through the wooden stairs (beech) we reach the second floor where, pulling on our imagination and making the most of the square meters that this floor gave us, we wanted to make a very sweet, soft, fresh and bright bedroom, for which we have chosen by colors and materials in light tones, and take advantage of an area of the room to make a small dressing room with lots of light, thanks to its large window.
From this room you go out to the terrace of the house that we have prepared to enjoy it and as it is very spacious you can enjoy every corner for different tasks.
The house is made for you and with a lot of love.
If you want to visit you just have to call us because we will be happy to accompany you.
