Caserío BIFAMILIAR a rehabilitar, situado en Busturia en el barrio de San Cristóbal.
Posibilidad de construir en 3 alturas, planta baja de 214 m², planta primera de 214 m² y planta bajo cubierta de 158 m², además de una caseta con muro de piedra situada frente a la fachada principal de 30 m² y otra más adosada en su parte trasera de 15 m² ocupando la mitad de la fachada.
50.000 m² de terreno dividido en varias parcelas cercanas, de los cuales 1.970 m² se encuentran en la parcela propia del caserío, dicha parcela incluye red de agua y red eléctrica.

El proyecto de la rehabilitación del caserío se entrego en la Dirección de Aguas del Departamento de Medio Ambiente y Ordenación del Territorio del Gobierno Vasco, en Obras Publicas y Transportes de la Diputación de Bizkaia, en el Patronato de la Reserva de la Biosfera de Urdaibai y en el Ayuntamiento de Busturia, los cuales informaron favorablemente a la solicitud de rehabilitación del caserío y se concedió la licencia municipal oportuna.
En la actualidad están realizados varios trabajos de rehabilitación, como;
Derribos de cubierta, estructura, escaleras, forjados, distribución interior y fachada principal.
Cimentación; Zuncho de hormigón armado perimetral, previo a placa de hormigón incluyendo mallazo, bovedilla, grijo para drenaje y tres unidades de zapatas de hormigón armado.
