100 por cien preparado para el funcionamiento desde el inicio. Con todas las liciencias y permisos. Si tiene alguna duda contacte con nosotros lo antes posible.
Actualmente, el bar sólo está enfocado a turistas y está ocupado aproximadamente 26 semanas al año. Si se realizan cambios podría darse otro enfoque y con ello incrementar la ocupación y por lo tanto la facturación. El pub tiene licencia de música por lo que puede abrir desde el mediodía hasta las 4 de la madrugada. Esto también le da opción para aumentar las ventas con horarios de apertura más amplios. Además es el único pub con licencia de música por la noche.
Se solicita un deposito retornable de 150.000 Euros. El pago inicial asciende a 165.000 Euros, con lo cual 15.000 Euros son no retornables.
Shandon Bells produce entre 300.000 y 400.000 euros al año de facturación. Los margenes de beneficio neto rondan el 32-35%.
