En general, provee una independencia alimentaria total gracias al aprovechamiento de las tierras de labor agrícola y ganadero, agua propia y muchos recursos naturales en la misma finca. El extenso terreno abarca una montaña boscosa de pinos, encinas, algarrobos y otras especies de árboles, además de ricos pastos.
