El estudio está reformado y amueblado con buen gusto!
Dispone de una cocina americana totalmente equipada, un baño con bañera, y una zona de dormir (con cortinas para separar del salón) con cama doble y armario empotrada, salón comedor con acceso a la terraza con magnificas vistas al mar y a la piscina.
El complejo cuenta con zonas comunitarias abajo en la recepción donde puede relajarse y disfrutar de un buen libro o tomar algo. Hay 2 piscinas comunitarias con jardines muy bien cuidados. Hay servicios en el complejo como supermercado, restaurante, bar etc. En los alrededores, puede encontrar todos los servicios necesarios como centro medico, farmacia, supermercados. restaurantes, bares, y parada de autobús!
Entre las numerosas actividades de ocio del Golf del Sur se encuentran dos campos de golf, un puerto deportivo con oferta de excursiones y un gran paseo marítimo por la costa.
EL complejo Green Park está ubicado en una comunidad cerrada. Hay plazas de aparcamiento en el establecimiento sujetas a disponibilidad.
Además, el acceso a la zona de la piscina está equipado con una tarjeta de acceso.
Honorarios de servicio: Para estancias de corta temporada, los honorarios equivalen, de forma orientativa, a una mensualidad del alquiler, pudiendo ajustarse según la duración de la estancia y la temporada.
Condiciones: Se solicita un mes de fianza.
Los suministros tienen una cuota fija mensual de 80 euros
Limpieza final de 133.75 euros
No se admiten mascotas y fumar dentro de la vivienda esta prohibido.

The studio has been refurbished and is tastefully furnished!
It features a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a bathroom with a bath, and a sleeping area (with curtains to separate it from the living room) with a double bed and a fitted wardrobe, as well as a living/dining room with access to the terrace, which offers magnificent views of the sea and the swimming pool.
The complex has communal areas downstairs by the reception where you can relax and enjoy a good book or have a drink. There are two communal swimming pools with beautifully maintained gardens. Facilities within the complex include a supermarket, restaurant, bar, etc. In the surrounding area, you’ll find all the necessary amenities such as a medical centre, chemist’s, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and a bus stop!
Among the many leisure activities at Golf del Sur are two golf courses, a marina offering excursions and a long seafront promenade along the coast.
The Green Park complex is situated in a gated community. Parking spaces are available on-site, subject to availability.
Furthermore, access to the pool area requires an access card.
Service charges: For short-term stays, the charges are approximately equivalent to one month’s rent, though this may be adjusted depending on the length of stay and the season.
Terms and conditions: A one-month security deposit is required.
Utilities are charged at a fixed monthly rate of 80 euros
