Se encuentran en Suelo Apto para Urbanizar (Resto), según el Plan General de Ordenación Urbana del Ayuntamiento de Casares en su Adaptación Parcial a la LOUA de las NN.SS. del año 1986, con aprobación definitiva en Marzo de 2010. Asimismo, el Sector UR-IND se ha desarrollado mediante el Plan Parcial del Polígono quot;Los Pedregalesquot;, con aprobación en Abril de 2005.
ORDENANZAS DE CADA ZONA: ZONA DE NAVES INDUSTRIALES USOS
Actividades industriales ligeras o servicios de carácter industrial. Se permite la vivienda guardería y solo podrá ubicarse en instalaciones cuya parcela sea superior a 1.000 m2 y superficie útil no sobrepasará los 100 m2
ENTREPLANTA, máximo 30% de la superficie de la nave, no siendo computables como superficie edificable.
ÍNDICE DE EDIFICABILIDAD NETA MÁXIMA 1 m2 techo/m2 suelo sobre la superficie de la parcela neta, siendo las superficies de la parcela 358,00 m2
Es decir, se permite construir una superficie de 358,00 m2
PARCELA MÍNIMA La parcela mínima edificable será de 200 m2. Cumple plenamente.

No obstante, se deja a criterio municipal la autorización de diseños de naves por interés arquitectónico, que pudieran entrar en contradicción con las ordenanzas anteriores.
