La casa tiene 1 planta y se compone de terraza, porche acristalado (2º salón), recibidor, salón con chimenea, cocina, 1 aseo con plato de ducha, 1 baño (ensuite) y 3 habitaciones dobles con armarios empotrados (dos con 2 camas de 90cm y la principal con cama de 1,50).
Calefacción central de gas con radiadores en todas las habitaciones. Aire acondicionado (frío/calor) en los 3 dormitorios. Ventilador de techo en el salón. Mosquiteras en todas las ventanas.
Piscina de 8 x 4 m. con forma de riñón, calentado. Cochera.
No se permiten mascotas. Sólo se permite fumar en áreas al aire libre.
En temporada alta la estancia mínima es de 2 semanas, siendo el día de entrada y salida sábado (checkin después de las 16h; checkout antes de las 10h).

Quiet place, in culdesac. Swimming pool (heated). Barbecue. Garage. Nice views. Central heating. Air conditioning.
The house has 1 floor and is composed of terrace, glazed porch (2nd. living room), hall, living room with fireplace, kitchen, 1 toilet with shower, 1 bathroom (ensuite) and 3 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes (two with 2 beds of 90cm and the main one with bed of 1.50 ).
Gas central heating with radiators in all rooms. Air conditioning (hot/cold) in the 3 bedrooms. Ceiling fan in the living room. Mosquito nets on all windows.
Pool of 8 x 4 m. with kidney shape, heated. Garage.
Pets are not allowed. Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas.
In high season the minimum stay is 2 weeks, with the day of entry and exit Saturday (checkin after 4pm; checkout before 10am).
