La casa tiene una sola planta y se compone de terraza, porche, amplio salóncomedor, cocina, 1 aseo con ducha, 1 baño y 4 habitaciones dobles con armarios empotrados (dos con 2 camas de 90 cada una, y dos con cama de 1,50 cada uno).
Calefacción central de gas con radiadores en todas las habitaciones. Aire acondicionado (frío/calor) en el salón y los 4 dormitorios. Ventilador de techo en salón y en todos los dormitorios. Mosquiteras en todas las ventanas.

The house has one floor and is composed of terrace, porch, large livingdining room, kitchen, 1 toilet with shower, 1 bathroom, and 4 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes (two with 2 beds of 90 each, and two with bed of 1.50 each).
