Parking for 23 cars. Air conditioning (hot/cold). Satellite TV with English, German and other european channels. Fiber optic internet.
The house has 1 floor and is composed of porch, terrace, livingdining room with fireplace, kitchen, 2 bathrooms (with shower), one of them ensuite, and 3 double bedrooms (one with two beds of 90, another with bed of 1.50, and the master with bed of 180 with 2 mattresses).
