Villa ubicada en la prestigiosa zona de Pla del Mar, en una zona tranquila, a sólo 500 m. del centro del pueblo, puerto deportivo, tiendas, bares, restaurantes y Cala del Portitxolet. Con vistas al mar. Piscina privada. Jardín. 2 barbacoas, una de leña y otra de gas. Aparcamiento para 2 coches. Calefacción central. Aire acondicionado. La casa principal está ubicada en una sola planta, y se compone de salóncomedor, cocina, amplio porche y terraza alrededor de la piscina, terraza con barbacoa, 1 aseo con ducha, 1 baño en suite y 3 habitaciones dobles con armarios empotrados. (dos con 2 camas de 90 y el principal con cama de 1,50).
La planta baja, con entrada independiente, disponible sólo en verano (extra 150 €/semana), consta de 1 habitación doble con 2 camas, 1 aseo con ducha y cocina.
Calefacción central de gas con radiadores en todas las estancias de la casa principal. Aire acondicionado (frío/calor) en los tres dormitorios de la casa principal. Ventilador de techo en el salón. Mosquiteras en todas las ventanas.
NO se permiten mascotas, lo siento. Sólo se permite fumar en áreas al aire libre.
En temporada alta la estancia mínima es de 2 semanas.
El checkin y checkout son los sábados (checkin después de las 4:00 p. m.; checkout antes de las 10:00 a. m.)

Garden. 2 barbecues, one wood burning and one gas. Parking for 2 cars. Central heating. Air conditioning. Satellite TV with English, German and French channels. Fiber optic internet.
The main house is located on one floor, and is composed of a livingdining room, kitchen, large porch and terrace around the pool, terrace with barbecue, 1 toilet with shower, 1 ensuite bathroom and 3 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes (two with 2 beds of 90 and the main one with a bed of 1.50).
The lower floor, with a separate entrance, available only in summer (extra 150 €/week), consists of 1 double bedroom with 2 beds, 1 toilet with shower and kitchen.
Gas central heating with radiators in all rooms of the main house. Air conditioning (hot/cold) in all three bedrooms of the main house. Ceiling fan in the living room. Mosquito nets on all windows.
Pets are NOT allowed, sorry. Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas.
In high season the minimum stay is 2 weeks.
Checkin and checkout is Saturday (checkin after 4pm; checkout before 10am)
