ESTRENAR CASA EMPIEZA CONMIGO (Y AQUÍ EMPIEZA VUESTRA NUEVA ETAPA)
Acabo de terminar mi reforma a finales de 2025 y todavía no he sido vivida. Todo en mí está nuevo, pensado para empezar de cero y acompañaros en una nueva etapa. Ofrezco la sensación de estrenar obra nueva, pero sin esperas, sin obras y con la tranquilidad de saber que todo está listo.
Tengo 160 m² construidos y 135 m² útiles, con espacio real para crecer, compartir y disfrutar en familia. Mi distribución está pensada para que la casa se viva, no solo se habite. El centro de todo es una gran zona de día de casi 50 m² útiles, donde salón, comedor y cocina americana con isla se unen para crear ese lugar donde pasan las cosas importantes: desayunos tranquilos, deberes en la mesa, conversaciones que se alargan y momentos que se quedan.
Mi cocina está amueblada y equipada con electrodomésticos básicos, lista para empezar a vivir desde el primer día, sin pendientes ni decisiones urgentes.
Dispongo de 4 dormitorios, porque la familia evoluciona y el hogar debe adaptarse. El dormitorio principal está pensado como un auténtico espacio privado: cuenta con vestidor independiente y baño en suite, un rincón de calma y orden que marca la diferencia en el día a día. En total, ofrezco 3 cuartos de baño, dos de ellos en suite, para que las rutinas sean más cómodas y la convivencia fluya.
