Esta es una de ellas.~~Todo empieza en la planta baja, donde el vestíbulo actúa como primera escena: un espacio tranquilo que conecta con la zona de lavandería, con la luz que entra desde el patio de luces, un espacio de unos 3,80 metros cuadrados. A un lado, una puerta conduce al garaje cerrado, lo suficientemente amplio para un vehículo y para todo aquello que quieras tener ordenado y a mano. Es la planta funcional, la que resuelve el día a día sin ruido.~~En la primera planta, la casa cambia de tono. Aquí vive la zona de día, pensada para cocinar, conversar y compartir. La cocina eléctrica, con placa de inducción, destaca por su personalidad: encimera y grifería de cuarzo negro, un contraste moderno que aporta carácter y convierte el espacio en un punto de reunión natural.~~Finalmente, la planta superior cierra el relato con calma. Es la zona de noche, tres dormitorios que comparten un baño y que forman un ambiente íntimo, recogido, pensado para descansar. This is one of them.~~It all begins on the ground floor, where the entrance hall sets the first scene: a quiet space connecting to the laundry area, with natural light coming in from the lightwell. To one side, a door leads to the enclosed garage, spacious enough for a vehicle and everything you want neatly stored and within reach. It’s the functional floor, the one that solves everyday life without noise.~~On the first floor, the house changes tone. Here you find the day area, designed for cooking, talking and sharing. The electric kitchen, with induction hob, stands out for its personality: black quartz countertop and tapware, a modern contrast that gives character and turns the space into a natural gathering point.~~Finally, the top floor closes the story softly. This is the night area, three bedrooms sharing a bathroom, forming an intimate, quiet environment designed for rest. Everything is separated from the active life of the house, maintaining a pleasant balance between social living and privacy.~~The house is currently occupied by tenants and, out of respect for their stay, cannot be visited until October.
