These are two registered properties very close to the beach of Mojácar.
1.- The larger property (205.000 m2) is totally flat, with cultivable land in its entirety, and has a water reservoir of 15.000.000 litres. The property has water conduction and valves to sectorise and irrigate the whole of it. Inside the property there is an electric transformer. There is also a large cortijo of 470 m2 in good condition, to reform and adapt to the needs of the new owner.
