Con lo que hemos pasado, estamos pasando y seguramente pasaremos, la mentalidad nos ha ido cambiando y ahora más que nunca necesitamos de aire libre, espacios amplios y mucha luz.~ En esta ocasión la casa que os presentamos cumple con creces los requisitos que tenemos todos en la cabeza.~ Como veréis en las fotos dispone de un gran patio privado, con la particularidad de que nadie podría observar que es lo que se hace dentro de la casa. Claro está que aqui la imaginación de cada uno puede volverse loca con la infinidad de cosas que allí se podrían hacer( parking, jardín, piscina, pergolas, juegos infantiles, etc... ). Y de como si en el. porche de un chalet se tratara, tenemos la entrada a la casa techada y con vistas al patio. La casa esta distribuida en tres habitaciones, dos simples y una gigantesta con claraboyas en el pasillo y habitación principal. ~ Que decir del baño, también con claraboya, se podría montar una fiesta en el con lo grande que es, ah! Y el otro baño completo con ducha en la zona del patio, que la verdad es bastante práctico.~ La entrada a la casa es espectacular, con esos techos altos y esa sensación de espacio, a la derecha encontraríamos la MEGA cocina y a la izquierda un buen salón con chimenea, ambas estancias con buena ventilación e iluminación, al fondo del pasillo se distribuyen las tres habitaciones. ~ Subiendo hacia la terraza encontramos otro salón y la inmensa terraza con una construcción de usos polivalentes. Incluso tenemos acceso a un solar con entrada independiente por otra calle, que de momento esta sin uso hasta que lleguéis vosotros con nuevas ideas, así que por qué esperar si ahora tienes la oportunidad?

Given what we have been through, are going through, and will surely go through, our mentality has been changing, and now more than ever we need open air, spacious areas, and plenty of light.~~On this occasion, the house we present to you more than meets the requirements we all have in mind.~~As you will see in the photos, it has a large private patio, with the particularity that no one could observe what is being done inside the house. Of course, here everyone\'s imagination can run wild with the countless things that could be done there (parking, garden, swimming pool, pergolas, children\'s games, etc... ). And as if it were the porch of a villa, we have the entrance to the house covered and overlooking the patio. The house is distributed in three bedrooms, two single and one gigantic with skylights in the hallway and master bedroom.~~What to say about the bathroom, also with a skylight, you could throw a party in it, it\'s so big, oh! And the other full bathroom with a shower in the patio area, which is really quite practical.~~The entrance to the house is spectacular, with those high ceilings and that feeling of space, to the right we would find the MEGA kitchen and to the left a good living room with a fireplace, both rooms with good ventilation and lighting, at the end of the hallway the three bedrooms are distributed.~~Going up to the terrace we find another living room and the immense terrace with a multi-purpose building. We even have access to a plot of land with independent access from another street, which is currently unused until you arrive with new ideas, so why wait if you have the opportunity now?
